Submission Period

The deadline for submission is May 16, 2022.

We'll let you know by May 25, 2022 if your presentation is selected for the program. Please don't forget to register for the conference - submitting an abstract doesn't automatically register you.


Your conference abstract will be included with the Petersen Asphalt Research Conference program. We don't publish presentations, but if you want your presentation distributed at the conference, provide copies to the registration staff, and they will assist with distribution.

Submitting an Abstract

Your abstract should be a maximum of 200 words and present a clear and concise statement of the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the research. Abstracts submitted may be considered for either oral or poster presentation.
